Hi, I'm Luci Parmer, an educator and professional with a diverse background. Originally from the Flora-Bama region along the Gulf Coast, I’ve always been passionate about sports and the arts. From playing softball, basketball, and volleyball to cheerleading, I was deeply involved in athletics throughout my youth. I received scholarship offers in multiple sports but chose basketball and softball at the collegiate level.

I hold a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from Our Lady of the Lake University and bring over 17+ years of experience teaching business, management, marketing, and leadership. My professional background spans B2B sales, property management, music entrepreneurship, and customer service and sales within the A/V equipment industry—each role providing valuable insights that have shaped my approach to teaching and research.

Outside of work, I’m all about fitness, traveling, playing piano, and spending time with my rescue animals—my cat Buddy and my stray rescue dog, Stormi. I believe in living a life rooted in compassion, kindness, and continual growth.
